Aidan architects scaling blueprints that drive top and bottom-line expansion, creating strategic business divisions across North America, Asia, and Southern Europe. He led WaterWipes to global recognition as a 'Great Place to Work' and 'Best Workplace', whilst personally earning the CIPD 'Excellence in HR Leadership' award.
