Eloise Baxter

Social Media Coordinator

Completing a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Media and Communications, at the University of Melbourne as a Chancellors Scholar, Eloise brings a youthful view in managing our Social Media platforms. She has growing interest in the way businesses reputations are shaped by consumer perception. With ambitions to do post-graduate studies in the Juris Doctor, she is incredibly determined, motivated and is passionate about people.

She is also part of the residential community at Trinity College, being immersed in various and enriching community based sporting and social activities. This includes being President of the Trinity Sports Instagram, Editor in Chief of the Fleur De Lys and Treasurer of the Billiards Society. This experience has given her great responsibility in managing teams, but also the creativity that comes with building and growing the brand voice at 24HRBP.

Her years at Ascham School completing the Dalton Plan have provided her with detailed organisational skills and discipline, being effective in meeting guidelines and deadlines. The community there also taught her teamwork, performing well under pressure and having great collaboration skills.

Eloise brings open-mindedness as a young Indigenous woman, but also as the daughter of Andrew Billy Baxter having grown up around and in the industry. She brings a unique perspective as she watched the business grow from the ground up, appreciating hard work and the importance of the business's reputation. At the 24 Hour Business Plan, Eloise supports the brand vision and feeds it to potential clients and viewers, being excited to be part of the process that will continue to allow this work to flourish.
