Completing a double degree in Commerce (Finance) and Engineering (Civil), Oscar brings a strong quantitative foundation and a growing interest in the commercial and strategic dimensions of large-scale infrastructure. He is particularly drawn to modelling and analysis — using numbers to make sense of complex challenges and support sound decision-making.

Oscar has developed his perspective through practical experience across both advisory and industry environments. At BDO, he worked within a high-performing project and infrastructure advisory team, contributing to commercial analysis, modelling, and tendering processes. He has also supported procurement and origination initiatives at ACCIONA across the South East Australian region, building insight into how major projects are shaped from both an operational and investment standpoint.

Oscar’s international experience includes an exchange at Maastricht University and extensive travel across Europe, alongside community involvement teaching sailing in Lake Como. Outside of work, he has a long-standing passion for aviation and earned his Recreational Pilot Licence at 16.
