For over 30 years, Allison has driven transformation and growth across Australia’s retail sector, building a reputation as a highly experienced Director, Chair, executive, and business adviser. Her career spans public, private, and start-up environments, where she has led large-scale operational turnarounds, modernised supply chains, and delivered technology-enabled transformation programs.

A former senior executive at Target Australia and The Reject Shop, Allison has deep expertise in strategic planning, executive leadership, and complex change delivery. She brings both hands-on operational experience and strong governance capability, with a track record of aligning strategy, performance, and risk management to deliver sustainable results.

Allison currently serves as Chair of Geelong Bank and the AICD Regional Advisory Group, and as a Non-Executive Director of Dusk Group (ASX: DSK). She has chaired Audit and Risk Committees and regularly advises boards on strategy, risk, and regulatory oversight. A graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and executive programs in strategic planning and leadership, she combines commercial discipline with contemporary governance insight.
