For over 30 years, Cameron has worked in and on some of Australia's smallest and largest retail and mixed-use properties and portfolios – from regional neighbourhood villages through to vast CBD precincts and super-regional properties. His property and finance sector expertise spans acquisition, development, joint ventures, and strategic portfolio management.

Most recently, Cameron established and grew a property fund from conception to a multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio through a focused strategy of acquisition, development, and joint ventures. This hands-on experience gives him unique insights into what it takes to scale property businesses whilst managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Cameron has built and led both small, nimble teams and larger multi-disciplined teams, enjoying a long period of mentoring emerging industry leaders. His ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution has consistently delivered results across diverse property types and investment structures.
