As firm-wide education sector lead and service leader in for-purpose transformation at KPMG, she led strategy, business planning, and organisational transformation engagements with dozens of clients including ASX 50 companies, universities, government agencies, and not-for-profits.
In executive and board roles, Caroline has a track record of effectively distilling and articulating entrepreneurial vision whilst driving operational success. As CEO of an organisation delivering education programmes nationally, she delivered 10-fold growth in her first three years, alongside expansion into digital services reaching over one million users. She has won multiple awards including a global innovation award and was a Telstra Business Women's Awards finalist.
With a background as a psychologist and a doctorate in law, her facilitation style blends an engaging and collaborative approach with detailed analysis. She has also owned and operated an award-winning vineyard for over a decade, providing strategic consulting advice in the agricultural sector.
