Dimity McLean
Strategy Assistant
Completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Sydney, majoring in Visual Arts and Digital Cultures with an elective in Marketing, Dimity brings a strong interest in the intersection of creativity, communication, and human connection. She is particularly drawn to understanding how ideas are communicated across different mediums and how people engage with the world around them.
Beyond her studies, Dimity is an active member of Wesley College, where she balances academic commitments with involvement in sport and college life. These experiences have reinforced her appreciation for collaboration, teamwork, and the energy that comes from working alongside diverse groups of people.
A formative experience for Dimity was spending her gap year as an Au Pair in London, living and working independently while travelling extensively throughout Europe. The experience strengthened her adaptability, initiative, and appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Her passion for people also extends into her community involvement, including volunteering at Newtown Mission, where engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds continues to broaden her understanding of the world.
At The 24 Hour Business Plan, Dimity supports senior advisers through thoughtful communication, creativity, and a people-centred approach to strategic work.
