Strategy Assistant

Completing a Bachelor of Media and Communications and an Honours degree at the University of Sydney, Fynn brings a strong foundation in marketing, storytelling, and strategic communication. Drawn to the field for its ability to connect creativity with commercial impact, he is particularly interested in how brands and organisations build meaningful engagement through media, culture, and audience insight.

Throughout his studies, Fynn has developed practical experience across content, strategy, and the entertainment industry. He created and ran a podcast focused on Sydney’s music scene, alongside a series of live concert–podcast hybrid events, taking on responsibilities spanning organisation, booking, marketing, and design. He has also worked as a social media manager for start-ups, contributing to content strategy and creative execution in fast-paced environments.

Fynn has gained exposure to public relations, domestic artist strategy, and marketing within the music industry through experience at Warner Music Australia. Alongside this, he has contributed to his university community as a peer mentor and supported others through tutoring and coaching roles.
