For over 30 years, Mark has been a senior leader in Australia’s media and marketing services industry, recognised for building high-performing agencies and leading complex organisations through sustained growth and transformation. Rising rapidly through the ranks, he became one of the youngest Media Directors of his generation before stepping into CEO and Managing Director roles by his mid-30s.

Mark spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across Omnicom, Clemenger Group, and IPG. As CEO of OMD Australia, he led significant expansion, growing client billings by more than $250 million and nearly doubling the size of the business while winning multiple Agency of the Year and employer of choice awards. He later served as CEO of Clemenger Harvie Edge and CEO of PHD Group Australia, where he reshaped the business, growing revenue 2.5x and profit 3x, and securing major clients including Unilever, Volkswagen Group, 7-Eleven, and Virgin Australia.

Most recently, Mark was CEO of Mediabrands Australia, leading UM, Initiative, and specialist performance and digital agencies. Alongside his executive career, he has played an active role in industry and community leadership, serving on the Board of the Media Federation of Australia for 14 years, including a term as Chair. He is also a Board Director of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and a Trustee of the Commando Welfare Trust.
