His career has evolved from building world-class brands to helping organisations, teams, and leaders perform at their best, earning him a strong reputation as a trusted adviser to senior executives.
After leaving corporate life in 2005, where he was a Director at Grey Worldwide in London, part of the WPP Group, Mike shifted his focus from consumer brands to organisational performance. Since then, he has partnered with C-suite leaders and their teams to design and deliver cultural and performance transformation programs that drive sustainable, measurable impact across industries and geographies.
As founder of Pigs Can Fly Too, Mike has worked as a consultant and interim People & Culture leader with organisations including Wrigley ANZ, Starcom, and Publicis. His work spans executive performance coaching, leadership development, workshop facilitation, and team effectiveness, drawing on behavioural science, proven frameworks, and deep commercial experience with global brands such as Unilever, Toyota, Nestlé, Virgin Australia, and News Corp.
