Samantha Arscott

Strategy Assistant

Completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne with majors in Finance and Accounting, Samantha brings a strong analytical foundation and a growing interest in strategy, management, and organisational decision-making. With ambitions to pursue further post-graduate study in Mechatronics Engineering, she is especially curious about the overlap between technical systems, innovation, and business planning.

Samantha is drawn to environments where complex challenges can be explored through discussion and shaped into structured, practical plans. She enjoys combining big-picture thinking with attention to detail, and values the role that clear communication plays in turning ideas into executable strategy. As a residential student at Trinity College, she is actively involved across academic, social, and sporting life, contributing to a strong culture of collaboration and community.

Samantha’s long-standing involvement in high-level sport has played a key role in shaping her discipline and resilience. As a member of Australia’s Indoor Cricket Junior Girls Team that won the World Cup in Dubai, she has developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, preparation, and performing under pressure — qualities she carries into strategic and professional environments.

At The 24 Hour Business Plan, Samantha supports Senior Advisors in developing clear, actionable business plans that help clients move from ambition to execution.
