Sam McLellan

Strategy Manager

Completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University, specialising in Mechatronics, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence alongside Economics, Sam brings a combination of technical depth and commercial strategy insight. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies can be applied responsibly to strengthen decision-making, execution, and sustainable business growth.

Over the past two years, Sam has supported the delivery of more than 50 business planning and strategy workshops with senior executives and boards. His work spans growth strategy and go-to-market planning, including engagements with multinational technology organisations navigating complex regional markets and partner landscapes. As part of his studies, he also spent time at Lund University in Sweden, building on his interest in international economics and global business.

Alongside his consulting work, Sam served as Director of Marketing for the Monash Business and Commerce Students’ Society, leading engagement and strategy for a community of more than 1,200 students.

As Strategy Manager at The 24 Hour Business Plan, Sam works closely with Senior Advisors to deliver high-impact growth plans and leads firm-wide operational and technology initiatives that strengthen execution.
