Jemma’s academic focus centres on digital media, social platforms, and digital advertising, with a curiosity for how data, creativity, and strategy combine to deliver impact. Her university experience was complemented by international study, which strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and cross-cultural awareness. During a semester studying in Maastricht, the Netherlands, Jemma experienced a new education system that encouraged different ways of thinking and learning, alongside building lasting international connections through broader travel across Europe.
Jemma has gained practical experience through a four-month internship as a Digital Marketing Intern at The Social CliQ in Melbourne, where she supported multi-client engagements across social media planning, Meta advertising funnels, campaign reporting, and content development. Her work included contributing to UGC briefs, participating in content creation, and engaging in client-facing discussions, providing insight into agency operations and delivery.
At The 24 Hour Business Plan, Jemma leads the firm’s social media and digital content, translating strategic thinking into a clear and engaging online presence.
