For nearly 20 years, Tobias has been a senior digital and growth leader across Asia-Pacific, recognised for combining regional scale with deep understanding of creativity, technology, and start-up culture. His career spans agency leadership, digital transformation, and high-growth environments across some of the region’s most dynamic markets.

As founder and CEO of creative agency @ccomplice, Tobias built a small team into a regional powerhouse known for innovative, high-impact campaigns. Following its acquisition by digital transformation firm APD, he became CEO of the Singapore business, leading more than sixfold growth prior to APD’s acquisition by ASX-listed GrowthOps. He later joined S4 Capital’s MediaMonks as Chief Growth Officer for APAC, where he scaled the regional team from fewer than 10 people to more than 1,000.

Alongside his executive roles, Tobias has been recognised as one of Singapore Business Review’s 40 Under 40 and Campaign APAC’s 40 Under 40. He served on the Board of the IAB for more than four years, including time as Chair, and has been deeply involved in purpose-led initiatives. He is the driving force behind the “Stay Human” road safety campaign and has worked pro bono with organisations including Share The Road, Orphanages.no, and Shark Savers.
